- Programming the turbine controller in STEP 7 according to the specifications of the existing Symadin software
- Configuration of the ABB Unitrol voltage controller according to the specifications of the system documentation
- Adaptation of the WinCC interface
Hardware planning
- Configuration of the S7-300 hardware and voltage controller
- Installation planning
- Documentation of the turbine controller cabinet and the voltage controller cabinet in EPLAN Electric P8
Works test
- Carrying out the works test in INP Deutschland GmbH
- Installation and system commissioning of the S7-300 hardware to be supplied
- 100% signal test (input channel to WinCC) using our own test cabinets
- Function test of the individual controllers of the turbine controller (speed, power, removal pressure, preliminary pressure) and control limitations on the simulator
- Logging of results

- Carrying out the removal and installation work
Commissioning
- Writing the commissioning sequence plan and commissioning log
- Carrying out the commissioning of the turbine and the voltage controller under own responsibility according to the sequence plan and logging the individual commissioning steps
