Project description
The Bühler Group is active in over 140 countries and employs more than 10,000 people. The company is a specialist and technological partner for machinery, systems and services used in the processing of basic foodstuffs and the production of high-quality materials. The company holds leading market positions around the world for production plants used in flour production, feed processing, production of pasta and chocolate, as well as in aluminium die-casting. The Libyan company, Al Tahadi, constructed a new pasta factory in Tripoli. In 2013/2014, Bühler supplied a short goods line (4,000 kg/h), a long goods line (2,750 kg/h), a couscous line (2,000 kg/h) and a silo facility.
Leistungen INP
INP provided a range of support to Bühler’s project leaders in their dealings with the end customer in Tripoli by assisting in staff training and commissioning the various systems and their controls. This encompassed: Testing rotational direction, I/O test, setting up devices, such as frequency convertors and flowmeters, as well as plant testing with and without products and supporting technicians in the first rounds of production.
