"Owing to the increased demand expressed on the part of our customers, we took the decision to establish a new INP branch office in northern Africa," says Knut Mertens, CEO of INP Deutschland GmbH and associate of the INP Group. "Thanks to its political stability, Egypt is a good starting point for building up local resources, and it additionally offers access to the adjacent markets."
The new branch office takes account of the growing structural processes on the northern African continent. The investments in Egypt such as, e.g. the expansion of the Suez Canal and the adjacent opening of resources and industries as a result of this, are illustrative of the good development within the entire region.
Already today, and also in future, major international and local investors are realizing significant investments in structural projects, the construction and expansion of power plants, as well as in energy transmission and distribution, large plants and infrastructure projects in northern Africa. "It goes without saying that we will support here our long-standing customers with the realization," says Herbert Schaal, who has been managing the office in Cairo together with Alaa Kamal since its opening.
Herbert Schaal is a long-standing employee of the INP Group, who accompanied the development of the INP branch office in South Africa until recently. On site in Egypt, he will primarily busy himself with all commercial solutions. Alaa Kamal is an experienced civil engineer and will support our customers and employees on site with regard to all technical questions.
With the new branch office, the successful and sustainable international strategy of the INP Group is continued.
