Andreas Haaß and Stephan Diehl, each head of a specialist group at INP, the Römerberg engineering service provider, received power of procuration with sole signature rights on January 15 of 2021. The management, consisting of the two managing directors Georg Jester and Knut Mertens as well as the other authorized officers Jürgen Wilkening and Kai Kauther, saw this as the next logical step in the expansion of management and thereby honored the long-standing trustworthy cooperation.
After successfully completing his studies as a graduate engineer in electrical engineering specializing in automation, Andreas Haaß has been employed at INP’s headquarters in Römerberg since October 1998. Since 2012, he has been in charge of the control systems specialist group.
Stephan Diehl joined INP in January 2011. As a graduate engineer in mechanical and process engineering, he built the mechanical engineering and welding technology division from the ground up. This division now also includes construction and infrastructure projects.
With more than 80 employees each, Andreas Haaß and Stephan Diehl manage their customers’ needs in plant engineering projects all over the world. However, the energy transformation within the German market with its challenging infrastructure projects is also becoming an increasingly important focal point for both.
As a technical service provider with about 500 employees and currently twelve locations worldwide, INP is one of the leading engineering service providers in power plant and large-scale plant construction. For more than 30 years, INP has been serving the areas of process control and automation technology, power technology, machine and welding technology as well as thermal process engineering. INP also offers its expertise in quality management and work safety at large construction sites. In addition to the parent company in Römerberg, INP has branches in Switzerland, Austria, France, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, South Africa, Egypt, Croatia and Great Britain.
The management is welcoming Andreas Haaß and Stephan Diehl in management as new authorized officers!
