Innovative concepts with large heat pumps for heat supply

In recent years, the focus has been on electricity-based projects such as photovoltaics, stationary batteries, charging infrastructure, and wind power connections, which INP Deutschland's work and knowledge has enabled to be built up into functioning units, but the focus is currently shifting strongly in the direction of hybrid solutions for supplying heat to locations, as well as local and district heating networks.

The use and generation of hydrogen as an energy carrier and long-term storage is also increasingly coming to the fore.

For example, INP Deutschland is increasingly working on heat pump concepts and innovative waste or residual heat utilization concepts for large-scale consumers, grid operators, industrial sites and neighborhood solutions. These concept studies provide a reliable, economic and technical basis for investment projects. In addition to technical concepts, capital, procurement and operating costs, possible subsidy programs are also examined and evaluated. INP Deutschland supports the client as needed in the further planning of the project, project management, and the tendering of the necessary components and services.

INP Deutschland can also support the developer in the area of approval, construction supervision, and construction coordination with the knowledge it has gained from many projects and contribute to the success of a project by coordinating schedules and costs.

Due to the very strong demand for concept and planning work, INP Deutschland is currently expanding this area with a subsidiary, INP Energy, as well as a specialist department for heat and supply engineering.
