The Managing DirectorsSince the beginning of this year, Michael Ohmer has been head of the specialist group Energy and Heat Supply - EHS for short - at INP Deutschland GmbH. EHS focuses on the process and supply-related engineering tasks of our customers, the operators from the energy industry and other industries, the municipal utilities and local authorities. We want to support our customers in achieving their goals with regard to the energy transition as well as in making their contribution to decarbonization.
Fundamental topics are projects with renewable energies and new energy technologies starting with the realization of studies and the preparation of transformation concepts up to the qualified project planning and handling of the respective implementations. The development of holistic and comprehensive concepts for power and heat supply on the latest state of the art of energy technologies and their implementation is an important part of our daily work, services and consulting.
Michael Ohmer has been with INP Germany since 2002. After successfully completing his university studies, he built up many years of experience in the project business, initially in the technical implementation of numerous projects in energy supply as well as in industrial projects, before becoming project manager in 2010. Additional trainings in project management and business administration, including a degree in technical business administration, paved the way for joint responsibility at the corporate level, first as deputy head of the Project Management Division and, since January 2022, as head of the Energy and Heat Supply Division.
